Our Classes!

Classes are every morning from Monday – Saturday at 9am & cost a fixed price of IDR 120,000.

Box & Burn

Box & Burn incorporates boxing training for 12×2 minute rounds with a 1 minute break which is bound to get you in shape. The rounds will include a range of bag work, movement drills and put your stamina and endurance to the test, with our expertise in the boxing field we are bound to get you in great form, and doing what is best for your body.

Bodyweight Training

Bodyweight training is using your own bodyweight in a variety of movements & exercises to develop your strength and conditioning. We use a range of exercises in order to teach you a a non-equipment based workout, which will then enable you to complete this workout without needing to attend a full fledged gym.

Rings & Kettlebells

Rings & Kettlebells is a mixed workout involving gymnastic rings which test the core and stabilizers. The flexibility of the rings are that they are easy to adjust depending on your capability. The Kettlebells also allow for a more flexible workout, and the classes can be tailored to each participants needs, within diamante workout time and incorporated resting times.

Personal Training prices are fixed at IDR 400,000 for an hour session, Team Training prices will be discussed upon request.

We offer a large variety of Fitness Services that we have developed and mastered over our 50 years of being in the sporting community. We offer Strength & Conditioning for those who are wanting to enhance their overall conditioning perhaps for larger events that they might be competing in. We also offer Injury rehabilitation in the need that you’ve injured yourself. As well as we are well equipped to tend for the new comers to the Fitness world and we will guide you through the basics of everything you’ll need to know.

Team Training

Get a team together of 4 to 6 people, and contact us in order to set up your class times and work out routine. Discuss with us your requirements and we will work together to tailor together a program specifically for you ensuring that it will meet your team’s fitness routine style and level of intensity! Then let us know what time suits you and your class will then be booked! This is ideal for people with time constraints and commitments that aren’t able to attend our regular classes.
